About · Founder
I help aerospace and high-precision manufacturers measure, align and assemble large structures with confidence, drawing on more than ten years of wing assembly research with Airbus UK and Cranfield University and production inspection at SAFRAN Nacelles.

From 2015 to 2022 I worked on Airbus UK research through Cranfield University, first as a project manager and then as a research fellow. I was metrology lead for a work package on the £1m AutoRAMP programme, where I developed the metrology code that guided multiple industrial robots in assembling a 15 m wing module. On Wing of Tomorrow I led metrology systems development, including an automated in-tank inspection concept taken from early feasibility trials towards a production-ready system.
At SAFRAN Nacelles I worked as an automation and metrology engineer, measuring nacelle components and business jet engine casings and streamlining inspection processes to reduce inspection time.
I set up HK Robotics and Metrology to bring that experience directly to manufacturers: Polyworks and Spatial Analyzer workflows, inspection automation scripts, GD&T, validation and verification checks, and robot–metrology integration. I work remotely or on site across the UK, EU and MENA.
Doctoral research in metrology for wing assembly, Cranfield University. MSc Aerospace Manufacturing, Cranfield University (2014). BEng Aeronautical Engineering, City University London (2013). Recognised Teaching Status.
