HK Robotics and Metrology is an independent consultancy run by Hammad Kamran. I am responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact me about anything in this notice through the Contact page.
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, I collect your name, company, email address and the content of your message. I do not collect any other personal information through this website.
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to arrange and deliver that work. I do not sell your information, and I will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking you first. I process your information because it is necessary for my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or because you have asked me to take steps before entering into a contract.
This website is hosted by Hostinger on servers in the United Kingdom. When you submit a form, the hosting server sends your message to me by email; it is not stored on the website itself.
I keep enquiries only for as long as I need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. To do any of these, get in touch through the Contact page. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
